UCSC Application for Readmission

Please download and mail your application for readmission with the $60 filing fee to:

PLEASE REVIEW THE APPLICATION INFORMATION AND CRITERIA BELOW BEFORE FILING OR SUBMITTING THE READMISSION APPLICATION AND THE $60 FILING FEE:

• Dates and Checklist. Please be aware of any deadlines such as, readmission for priority enrollment, housing and financial aid. Be sure to complete all of the items on the Readmission Checklist before you turn in your application.

• Were you in good academic standing when you left UCSC? If you were not in good academic standing when you left UCSC, you should contact your college for conditions for readmission.

• Can you complete your degree in the equivalent of 12 quarters, including transfer credits?
(A maximum of 15 quarters to complete a UCSC degree is allowed with approval from your college).

• If you are readmitting as a junior or senior, have you contacted your major advisor about completion of your remaining requirements for graduation? Click here for a Major Planner.

• Students who are away from UCSC for a duration greater than 12 months (366 days) or changed their status while away will need to submit a Statement of Legal Residence. For more information please visit the Office of the Registrar's website at http://reg.ucsc.edu/students/residency.htm.
