Academic Success
How do you define academic success?
Certainly, academic success must include meeting the university's expectations for being in good standing and making satisfactory progress toward a degree. But beyond those institutional expectations, as a student you will identify success goals to work toward based on what you want to achieve during your undergraduate years at UCSC. For some students, that may be earning a specific grade point average; for others it may be preparing for a specific career or gaining admission to a particular graduate program after earning a bachelor's degree.
There are many resources at UCSC to support your academic success. The links at left will introduce you to the university's standing and progress expectations, online resources available to you, and the many people and offices who are here to support your successfully meeting your educational goals.
