• Coordinating training for college advisers

• Development of procedure training and reference manual for college advisers 

• Advising Certificate Program: Advising the Students of Today

• Colleges Advising Strategic Planning Retreats

• All-Hands Informational Meeting

• Annual advising In Service Trainings 

• Pre-Orientation Info-Session for all undergraduate advisers

• Creating and publicizing ADEPT events

• Maintaining Academic Advising Lending Library

• Quarterly overview of advising mission, goals, objectives for new advisers

Developing and improving policies, procedures, and tools

• Online readmission application in progress

• Online withdrawal petition implemented spring 2016

• Revisions to the medical readiness to return process

• Revisions to triple-take approval process

• Development of Infoview reports to support efficiency: enrollment check database, finding student populations, commencement reports

• Support for mass messaging: transfer IGETC messaging, senior no-surprises grad check, LOA returnee notifications
