INITIAL PLACEMENT

Students in this cluster should assess their placement in the following subjects prior to enrolling for their first term:

  • Mathematics: Since nearly all majors in this cluster require math, complete the Math Preparation and placement process. You can review your math skills for free to prepare you for placement or your next course. It takes up to three business days for ALEKS PPL placement to be posted in your student record.
  • Language: One major in this cluster (global and community health BA) includes a language requirement. If it's possible you'll pursue global and community health BA, review information on the Language and Applied Linguistics website to determine whether you need language placement. Please note that many level 1 language courses are offered only in fall.

QUALIFICATION FOR MAJORS IN THIS CLUSTER
